hello again!
Hi, my loving tribe
So much happened since my last newsletter. I wish we could gather together to share our experiences.
Autumn is here—the season of gathering, reflecting, and releasing. In the turning of the year, this is the moment when nature reminds us of the truth of cycles: we plant, we grow, we harvest, and we rest.
But the harvest is not only about fields and orchards. It is also about the soul.
Each of us has been planting seeds all year long—dreams, choices, conversations, even silent intentions whispered in the dark. Now the earth invites us to pause and gather:
the fruits we can enjoy,
the lessons wrapped in husks,
the weeds ready to be returned to the soil.
A simple soul harvest ritual
Every story has a cycle — the seed, the awakening, the tests, the return. This season, I’m inviting you into an 8-week journey to remember who you truly are.
So to start the process, I invite you to create a small ritual for yourself—no ceremony needed, just a moment of presence.
Find a quiet space. Light a candle or sit where autumn light touches you.
On paper, make three lists:
Fruits I am ready to enjoy (the blessings and successes of this year).
Lessons I am ready to keep (the wisdom hidden inside challenges).
Weeds I am ready to release (beliefs, habits, or cycles that no longer serve).
Choose one fruit, one lesson, and one weed. Speak them aloud, as if offering them back to the season itself.
This simple act of naming and honoring shifts energy. It clears the path so winter can be a time of nourishment instead of depletion.
Preparing Together
In times past, harvest was never an individual act. Villages came together to gather, to share, to prepare for the winter ahead. In the same way, our souls are asking for community—for resonance, presence, and the safety of being witnessed.
That is why I am opening a Resonance Circle this autumn: a small, intimate community where we gather to share our harvests, release what no longer serves, and prepare for the deep work of the soul through winter.
It is not a workshop. It is not a class. It is a journey—a space of mystery, presence, and remembering.
If your soul stirs as you read this, I would love to welcome you.
I’d love to share some of the things I’ve learned that can truly transform the way we live this crazy life. Let’s gather our harvests together, and keep the fire alive until spring returns.
If you don’t feel called, no worries at all. You’re always welcome here.
Until next time.
