A quick, honest moment.
The last few months have felt like a rollercoaster. Some days I was in full flow, creating, teaching, wandering. Other days I was just trying to find my grip on life and my priorities again. Nobody really tells you this, but that is the true rhythm of building something of your own.
One thing became very clear along the way: I do not miss Instagram and its cousins at all. And yet, I have to admit something. There is something quietly powerful about finding your own rhythm with these platforms, and a real gift is hidden inside consistency. Not the forced kind. The kind that comes from knowing who you are and what you are building.
That is exactly what I have been sitting with lately. What discipline becomes when it stops being pressure and starts being a way of caring for the person you are becoming. What the patterns you keep repeating are actually trying to tell you.
Because here is what I keep coming back to: every time you show up for yourself in a small way, your brain and body learn a new way of being. That is how a different life stops being an idea and starts becoming familiar.
Over the next few weeks I am writing one letter a week about exactly this, each with a small practice you can do in minutes. Honest stories, no performance, and space to imagine what else is possible for you.
If that sounds like a conversation you would like to be part of, I would love to have you there.
