Every January, the air fills with lists.

Dear One,

A lot has happened since my last newsletter, but today I want to focus on a few key things.

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been shedding—ideas, projects, expectations, even parts of myself that no longer fit. I tried different things. I explored new projects. I sold designs and illustrations. I pushed myself in ways that felt exciting at first, until my soul simply couldn’t keep up anymore.

After what happened last August, I had to give in. I haven’t created as much in my design studio, and I’ve learnt to let that be okay. I worked with a few long-time clients who know me well, and I supported a beautiful group of women during a six-week workshop—an experience that was both deeply challenging and incredibly insightful.

I also made the decision to step away from Instagram for now. I want to return only when I can feed my energy with what feels true, instead of feeling drained and passing that on to others.

At some point soon, I’ll share my calendar again—something I truly love creating—and perhaps a few other offerings as they come into form. But above all, I’m choosing to be gentle with myself. I want to focus on creating more consistently, whether through design and illustration or through my community work. Both nourish me. Both bring me real joy. And I feel a quiet and gentle excitement for what’s unfolding—at its own pace.

Before Christmas, I also opened a Circle—a space I felt deeply drawn to create. As I spent time inside it, it became clear that the platform I was using couldn’t hold the experience the way I imagined it. So I chose to gently dissolve that circle, removed everyone with care, and let it rest.

A new one is already taking shape—simpler, more spacious, and rooted directly in my website. When it’s ready to be shared, I’ll let you know, in case it feels aligned for you.

If you’re here, you probably share an interest in spirituality, self-discovery, art, home décor, and all the quiet, heart-led things that are hard to fully name in one place.

And this week, I want to reflect on something many of us feel called to do at the beginning of every year—something I almost fell into myself.

But before that, I want to set an intention for 2026.

I wish—for myself and for every one of you—that our actions continue to resonate more deeply with our soul’s true desires. That we become willing to listen. To allow. To trust. To receive the opportunities this year will bring, whatever way it supports our journey to rediscovering ourselves more deeply.

And so it is.

Every January, the air fills with lists. Goals. Resolutions. Targets stacked neatly against the hope that this year will be different.

And yet, so many of us already feel tired just reading them.

What if this year asked something softer of you?

What if, instead of setting goals, you set frequencies?

A goal is something you chase.
A frequency is something you live inside.

Goals point outward. They measure. They compare. They ask you to become someone else later.
Frequencies begin inward. They don’t rush. They don’t demand proof. They simply ask: how do you want to feel while you’re here?

Not what you want to fix.
Not what you think you should achieve.
But what quality of presence do you want to carry through your days?

Take a breath with me for a moment.

If you let your mind soften and your body speak, a few words may rise naturally.
Maybe it’s steadiness.
Maybe it’s wonder.
Maybe it’s clarity. Or ease. Or devotion to what matters most.

These aren’t ambitions. They’re orientations.
They don’t live on a checklist—they live in your nervous system, in the way you listen, and in how you choose.

Once you name them, something subtle but powerful happens.

Decisions get simpler.

You begin to ask different questions—not Will this move me forward? But does this feel aligned with the way I want to be alive?
If it does, you continue.
If it doesn’t, you pause—without drama, without self-judgement.

This is how life becomes coherent.
Not louder. Not busier. Just clearer.

Goals can be missed.
Frequencies can’t fail—because they’re not about arrival. They’re about presence.

This year, let your life feel more like music than management.
Let your actions arise from the tone you choose to inhabit.
Let your breath remind you when you’ve drifted—and gently bring you back.

Thank you for being here, with me, right now.

Until next time.
Renata

I didn’t find a way to share my video to show you how beautiful the moon was this week after my early morning walks, so I’m sharing an image I took and the blue moon light we experienced this week. It was incredible!
