Hi dear ones,
It’s been a while.
This time I want to share a little more of what I’ve been working on—and why I feel called to create a space for change for those who feel ready to join.
For the last two years (and honestly, much longer than that), I’ve been on a journey to rediscover what I truly want to create in this world. Not products. Not titles. Something more meaningful — perhaps something I could look back on one day and say, 'I made a difference in how people experience their lives.’
And yes, there’s always that voice that says, “Who are you to think you can change people’s lives?”
But I’ve learned that this voice often appears when we’re close to something that matters.
My journey of self-doubt and discovery didn’t start two years ago. It began at least 25 years ago — when I could no longer recognise my life as my own.
As a child, I studied in a school surrounded by nature — we walked between classes across fields, spent breaks in the woods, and felt free, close to animals, and supported. There was little judgement about how we looked or who we were.
Then everything changed.
Moving to a stricter secondary school felt like being taken from the middle of a forest and placed into a world of competition, comparison, expectations, and unspoken rules about how we should look, behave, and succeed.
I felt displaced. Disoriented. Not enough. Too much.
I adapted, of course. We all do.
I made friends. I built masks. I tried to fit.
But something essential felt lost.
For years I navigated between two worlds — one traditional and structured, the other creative and free. I felt torn between expectations and intuition. Between logic and art. Between proving something and expressing something.
Eventually, I chose Law. My sense of justice was strong. It felt like a respectable path. A solid choice.
And yet, somewhere beneath all of it, creativity and reflection kept calling.
Over time, I began to understand that many of us carry moments like this — quiet turning points where we lost connection with ourselves, even if life looked fine from the outside.
And that’s why I’m creating this space now.
A Small Reflective Retreat
Sunday, 22nd February
10:00am – 1:00pm
A guided reflective morning experience.
A beautiful hotel near St Stephen’s Green, Dublin City Centre
Founding Circle Rate: Early rate €52 – This is the first edition of this reflective morning series.
If you are interested, join us here.
This is not therapy.
It’s not coaching.
It’s a carefully held morning for those who feel slightly disconnected, uncertain, or simply ready to pause and listen more closely to themselves.
Through guided reflection, creative exercises (no artistic experience needed), contemplative practices, and meaningful conversation in a small group, we’ll explore what feels alive—or quietly asking for attention—in your life right now.
The group is intentionally small.
Only 8 spaces remain.
This morning retreat will also serve as a gentle precursor to a more immersive and deeper retreat I’ll be holding in Portugal in April/May this year.
The Portugal experience will allow for more spacious integration, nature immersion, and deeper reflective work.
The Dublin morning is a first step — a doorway.
A way to reconnect before choosing whether you’d like to go further.
If something in this message resonates — even quietly — I would love to hear from you.
Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from creating space.
Thank you for being here, with me, right now.
Until next time.
Renata
